What time do the cars load in?

Car load in time is from 9 to 10:30. Enter at Avenue 60 and Figueroa. Once cars are parked, you can check in.

What time do vendors arrive?

In order to avoid overlap with car load in, vendors may arrive at 10:30. You may arrive earlier and check in, but there will be no set up until all cars loaded for the safety of all. There will be no vehicles allowed on Figueroa other than the car show cars. Vendors will be set up down the center of Figueroa; dollies or carts suggested to move items.

Where is the check in?

The check in table is at Avenue 58 and Figueroa, in front of the Highland Park Florist. Same day registration, pre-registration, and payments completed here. You will receive your placard, t-shirt, and donation receipt.

What can we bring?

Coolers and chairs. Of course, there are many places to eat and drink along Figueroa, too. There will also be a beer and wine garden hosted by The Greyhound at Ave 56.

Are there porta-potties?

Yes.

What items can I bring for the donation drive?

For Shower of Hope, shower gels, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste. Recycled Resources in need of socks and underwear (men and women) and blankets. You can drop these off at The Weekend to End Homelessness marketplace at Avenue 58 and Marmion Way (by the Gold Line stop).
